Sun System Corporation Ltd. was founded
in 1993 to provide the computer telephony
integration service. To suit particular
needs of Thai Business, the company
first developed IVR (Interactive Voice
Response) package and its potential
and capability were recognized by
leading companies like Shell Thailand
(Public Company Limited), Q8, and
ModernForm.

In
1995, GlobalLink, the auto attendant
service to facilitate business communication,
was developed and its success was
marked by the development of Samart
Co., Ltd. PostTel 1188 call center,
and customer service of the new PostTel
1188 service, Eddie& The Gang

The
company took another step further
in 1996, with FastBill, telephone
activity monitoring service. Again,
the company’s high quality product
was accredited by the installation
of the Call Center system for Bangkok
Metropolitan Administration’s 1555,
telephone inquiry service. |

In
the following year, CallStream Contact
Center and Security PIN for 800 wireless
communication system was formed. In
1999, another stamp of approval for
the company products was projected
through Call Center and Value Added
Services system of TAC the operator
of DTAC.
With recognition of high reputation
in the computer telephony integration
field, in 2000, the company developed
and set up call center system for
several prominent companies like One
To One, Mearsk, and Radio Taxi 1678,
and in 2001 for Samart Co., Ltd. BUG
1113.
Today, Sun System Corporation Ltd.
has been appointed as an official
partner of Siemens (Thailand) Co.,
